Day by day, our drivers ensure that you get the quality we promise. All drivers at Schuck see themselves as the company’s visiting card. Which is why we help them as best we can. With full commitment!
Top qualifications for top performance We give every driver a detailed briefing with regard to load securing, dangerous goods transport, occupational safety (safety training, economical driving, claims management) as well driving and rest periods. This also includes a printed copy of our drivers’ manual that we go through together with the drivers. The manual explains all the important information about our company procedures. Depending on the specific task, we provide our drivers with special process instructions containing in-depth know-how for specific areas.
Safety and equipment for the drivers Our drivers are provided with all the necessary personal protective equipment (hi-vis jacket, hi-vis vest and safety boots). Our drivers also receive the SCHUCK DRIVER’S BOX. It contains all the important things that drivers need for their daily work. This includes spare light bulbs for the HGV lights, a hi-vis vest, a torch, hammer, hand brush, various screwdrivers, padlocks and much more besides.
Workwear Our drivers are provided with a full set of top quality workwear by “engelbert strauss”. The workwear consists of:
Work trousers (short and long)
Polo shirts
Fleece jacket
Fleece pullover
Baseball cap
Winter hat
Hi-vis safety jacket with hood for the winter
Hi-vis safety vest

SCHUCK drivers use the very latest vehicle technology by Mercedes-Benz! We have spared no expense or effort to offer you the best and safest workplace possible.
Installed assist systems: vehicle stability assist (ESP), roll control assist, lane keeping assist, distance assist, attention assist, active break assist 4 and 5, turning assist (blind spot detection)
On average, our HGVs are never older than max. three years!

Money is not everything, but it’s still important
Our wages are always paid punctually by the 10th of the following month
Fixed advance payments are possible
The wage consists of: wage, expenses and night shift bonuses
We pay for the weekend (2 days) when drivers spend the night in the HGV
We pay for initial and further training (modules, ADR, load securing)
We pay holiday and Christmas bonuses (paid proportionately every month)
We offer various working hour models, such as: 3+1 / 6+2 / 4+2 or as agreed
For example, for part timers we pay 20 days annual leave for model 3+1 / 6+2
For full-timers we pay 27 days annual leave, this is increased by one day every two years up to max. 30 days

Driver with license CE (f/m/d) for system transport (national and international)
Your profile
You hold a class CE driver’s license with key number “95” or proof of qualification.
You have a safe, anticipatory driving style and handle HGVs, trailers and swap bodies with care.
You like driving alternating day and night tours.
You attend our internal training courses (e.g. module training).
You don’t have a problem with working in a team.
You hold an ADR certificate or would like to obtain this with us at our expense.
Your tasks
You drive a 40-ton truck and trailer on your own or as a two-man crew.
You drive a 13.6 meter articulated truck as a two-man crew.
You drive weekly tours on the basis of a weekly schedule with flexible deployment.
You transport sealed swap bodies between various depots throughout Europe.
You are always friendly to our customers and help to fulfill the order.
Our dispatch department and fleet system are in constant contact with you and the HGV. You will always receive prompt, immediate help.

The training schemes always begin on 1 September. We take on 15 trainee professional drivers each year. We start training you for the class CE driver’s license after the probationary period (4 months). We want you to start driving out HGVs as soon as possible. This is a crisis-proof job that can continue through to retirement!! Internships are currently not possible due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
We offer all trainees a permanent job on completing their training, if the economic situation allows!
